Yes. Simply click on the 'Unenrol' button which can be found on the particular eCourse page. Don't worry, if you change your mind you can always enrol again !
Q:
If I unenroll from a eCourse will it save my quiz results and will I still be able to download a course certificates ?
A:
Your eCourse certificate should still be available to you. If you enrol again, the version of the quiz you previously took may have been updated by the eCourse author. You may or may not notice any changes though, as this depends on whether the eCourse author has made any updates or edits.
