The eCourse certificate will become available once you have worked through the eCourse and successfully passed any Quizzes.
If you certificate does not appear despite you having completed the eCourse and passed the Quizzes, then in the first instance contact the eCourse author who can look into matters for you. You can do this by posting a question (go to your dashboard) or contact the eCourse creator through social media if they have provided links. If you do not have any success, then please get in contact with us using the ‘Contact’ page.

The eCourse certificate can be found on the ‘eCourse Overview’ section, under ‘eCourses enrolled’. Simply click on the ‘Download’ relating to the particular eCourse certificate you require.
